PROTEA Group constantly monitors the dynamically developing COVID-19 situation, in Poland and worldwide.
Considering employees’ safety, all Company’s locations has limited the stationary work to the necessary minimum and most of our employees are working from home office. Using all available tools we provide the opportunity to perform the assigned tasks to the full extent.
The employees who work at the Production Plant in Ligota and in the branch in Nübrecht, as well as the office employees on duty, have disinfectant provided and the recommended distance between persons is also maintained.
Our goal is to ensure the safety and comfort of our employees while maintaining continuity in the implementation of projects to the fullest extent possible.
Our Customers may count on a constant contact with the Project Managers, as well as up-to-date information on the progress of works and current announcements of local authorities.
Due to restrictions on the movement of people, all decisions about service works must be based on individual decisions and solutions, supported by local and international regulations.
Customers who have used the Remote Service Support for their devices may count on continuing of this service.
