Motorized Transport Trolleys

The system enables controlled transport of loads on a curved and inclined runway on the FPSO deck.
System includes:
– Trolley
– Air winch
– Guide and end sheaves
– Runway system (rails, end stops, rope guides)
– Control panel
The trolley is moved by a rope-driven air winch system, providing controlled forward and backward motion.
The air winch is pneumatically driven, explosion-protected, single drum, designed for offshore deck mounting.

Rope Spooling System

The Wire Rope Spooling System is designed for safe and controlled replacement of wire ropes in offshore and industrial applications. The system consists of a capstan winch and a hydraulic under-roller drive, enabling efficient spooling of ropes onto storage reels. It is suitable for use in production facilities and external sites, including shipyards.
Key Capabilities:
– Wire rope diameter up to Ø 60 mm,
– Capstan winch SWL up to 100 mT,
– Capstan load capacity: 10 mT,
– Up to 6 rope coils on the capstan drum.
