Container Handling System

Protea container handling systems enable safe and efficient handling of 10’ (10-foot) containers on passenger ships via side doors on both port and starboard.
System components:
– Travel frame (extendable/retractable),
– Trolley with winch lifting unit,
– Spreader with guiding and container locking mechanism,
– Electro-hydraulic drive, radio remote control, DNVGL certified.

Lifting Beams

Protea delivers complete lifting beam systems for internal handling on cruise passenger ships. Designed for luggage handling, bunkering, spare parts, and fuel load/unload operations.
