A meeting was held at our company to discuss potential cooperation within the framework of the newly established Sectoral Skills Center (Branżowe Centrum Umiejętności – BCU).

The meeting was attended by the Starosta of Powiat Kluczborski, Mirosław Birecki, and Joanna Neugebauer, Head of the Department of Education and Sport. The discussions focused primarily on aligning the BCU training offer with the real needs of local enterprises, as well as on strengthening cooperation between business and vocational education.

During the visit, we presented our company’s activities and capabilities. With 25 years of experience, we specialize in the design and manufacture of specialized lifting equipment, cranes, and handling systems used in the renewable energy, offshore, heavy industry, and marine sectors. We also showcased our ability to deliver advanced engineering projects, integrating design, manufacturing, and testing processes within one facility.

The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange insights and discuss how cooperation between companies and educational institutions can foster practical vocational training. Our shared objective is to develop competencies that meet current labor market demands and to support the growth of the local economy.
